    •  Host provides venue
    •  6 doctors minimum ($5000/doctor $385/staff member)
    •  Essential Ortho provides lunch and breaks
    •  day sessions x 2
    •      -1st session: Growth and Appliances
    •      -2nd session: ControlledArch
    •  Host pays airfare
    •  After 6 docs, all tuition is split 70% presenter and 30% Host
